Between 18:06 and 18:24 UTC on Oct 22, the SiPhox API was unavailable, so the member portal, mobile app and checkout could not load or save data. Some requests were slow or failed from about 17:15 UTC. Our servers stopped responding and were restarted; service has been fully restored since 18:24 UTC and we are investigating the root cause.
